Service at Bac Ky is also very quick, there’s rarely a long wait to get your food.
The Bac Ky menu is very healthy as owner Alessandra Hong ensures that the ingredients do not include the traditional amount of sugar that is usually used in Vietnamese dishes supplementing it with sugar cane.

Grilled pork, vermicelli, lettuce, bean sprouts, cucumber and mint leaves wrapped in rice paper. Served with peanut sauce.
Shrimp Fresh Rolls – $6
Shrimp, vermicelli, lettuce, bean sprouts, cucumber and mint leaves wrapped in rice paper. Served with peanut sauce.
Avocado Fresh Rolls – $6

Pho Rice Noodle Soups (Large)
Beef Pho (Tai) – $11.50
The beef pho has rice noodles with rare beef, beef flank and beef balls in beef broth.

This dish includes chicken rice noodles with chicken slices and chicken broth.
Vegan Pho – $11.50
The vegan pho rice noodles with deep fried tofu and assorted in-season vegetables in mushroom broth.

Vermicelli noodles, spring rolls, pickled carrots/daikon, salad. Served with a side of fish sauce. Offered with this meal is the option to upgrade your dish to a by changing your spring roll to a fresh roll for $1.50. Also, the pork option can be replaced with either grilled chicken or grilled beef.
Bun mixed with vegetables and tofu – $12.40
Vermicelli noodles, vegetarian spring roll, mixed vegetables, deep fried tofu, pickled carrots/daikon. This dish is served with a side of fish sauce if this is not for you a vegan option is also available. Just like the grilled pork, offered with this meal is the option to upgrade your dish to a by changing your spring roll to a fresh roll for $1.50.
One of the top tier items on the menu at Bac Ky is the bun with grilled chicken slices. This is a great option if you work in the area and need a place to go for lunch.
